Pay raise and bonuses
2010
Lei 300 – total pay raise for all employees with a responsibility level
from 1 to 8:
1. Lei 220 – general pay raise, starting with January
2. Lei 80 – general pay raise, starting with April
8% - individual pay raise for the employees with 9 and 10 responsibility
levels, starting with April
Lei 700: pay-for-results bonus for the year 2009, paid in May
Lei 600: exceptional bonus granted in 2 phases: lei 300 in March and lei
300 in September on Machine Constructor’s Day
2009
Lei 220 – total pay raise in 2009 at Dacia:
1. Lei 110 – general pay raise, starting with 1 September
2. Lei 70 (starting with 1 January) and Lei 40 (starting with 1 April) -
fixed allowances included in the basic salary of all employees from
Automobile Dacia S.A., ILN-RIR, Transporturi Dacia, Matrite Dacia,
Presate Dacia and Renault Mecanique Roumanie.
Lei 700: pay-for-results bonus for all Dacia employees who had a valid
individual labor contract in May 2009 and who worked at Dacia in 2008
Bonus granted in 2009:
1. Easter bonus: lei 614
2. Holiday bonus – granted before the summer holidays in August: lei 818
3. Winter holiday bonus: lei 655, to which gift vouchers amounting to lei
260 were added
4. Lei 400– average value of the bonus/employee granted in October
according to the number of Saturdays worked during the year.
